This was the first instance where two different actors completed the same character where Anand Abhyankar completed the film for Sudhir Joshi.The concept was later used in Sharmaji Namkeen 2022 where Paresh Rawal completed the film after Rishi Kapoor's death.
After death of Sudhir Joshi his character was completed by Anand Abhyankar.
