Frank Grillo, an American actor best known for his roles in "Captain America," "The Purge," and "Copshop," will soon be seen in the action film MR-91. Production will soon get underway in both the US and Bangladesh. Spy action thriller by writer-director Asif Akbar is based on the well-known Masud Rana books by the late author Qazi Anwar Hussain. The specifics of the plot are being kept a mystery, but we know that Grillo will play the antagonist to Bangladesh Counter-Intelligence Agency operative Rana, also known by the code name MR-9. It is also reported that the first novel by Masud Rana, Dhonghsho Pahar, which was initially published in 1966, served as the inspiration for the script that Akbar, Aziz, and Nazim Ud Daula created for the movie. The series, which is influenced by the James Bond film series, has 550 novels by Hussain published. In addition, Grillo will appear in the upcoming Lionsgate movie "Paradise Highway" with the godlike voice actor Morgan Freeman and in the biographical "Lamborghini," as company founder Ferruccio Lamborghini.
