TRIVIA

Trivia

Most of the film is improvised, with the producers telling the actors what would happen in the scene, and the actors acting it out, with no script.

When Mr Maddens and the children are running in Hollywood Studios, it can be seen they are actually on location in Hollywood, as the set for fictional medical drama, Greys Anatomy, can be seen.

About 120 hours of footage was shot during the six weeks of filming. Debbie then spent 10 months editing the movie in the back bedroom of her Coventry home with chief editor, Nicky Ager, who also happens to be her partner.

Debbie Isitt got the idea for the film after watching her daughter's school nativity play. Her daughter has a small part in the film.

Nativity was shot in Coventry during the summer. The local inhabitants decorated the streets to make it look more Chistmassy.
