Writer/director Rolfe Kanefsky wrote the script in seven days, and wrote Tiffany Shepis' role specifically for her.
Blythe Metz sprained her ankle while doing one of her running scenes in the woods; the limp she sports in a subsequent scene was real.
Tiffany Shepis and Johanna Putnam doubled each other for their running scenes.
The opening sequence with Blythe Metz being terrorized was shot on the last day of filming.
