The series follows the Karkaria family, who appear to be a picture-perfect household but are internally falling apart. When an incident with their young daughter, Daani, leads to her having an anxiety attack, the family is compelled to attend therapy sessions. These sessions, led by a therapist played by Neha Dhupia, begin to peel back the layers of resentment, insecurity, and old wounds that each family member has been hiding.
