The pimp whose voice is only heard on the phone is played by an uncredited Harold Perrineau.

The yellow phone set in the hotel room is famous design awarded electronic phone set ETA 80, made by Iskra co., Yugoslavia from 1980.

The film reuses pieces of music from the soundtracks of the Italian films Camille 2000 (1969), The Red Queen Kills Seven Times (1972), Deep Red (1975), Tentacles (1977) and Tenebrae (1982).

The phone set, wife is talking on and holding by her bed is ATA 40 - CONTINENTAL from 1972, made by Iskra co., Yugoslavia.
