Premadesam is a romantic Telagu drama that revolves around two parallel love stories. Arjun, a carefree college student, falls for Aadhya, his junior in college, while Shiva, who is married to Maya, longs for her love and affection. The first half of the movie has a peppy feel with vibrant frames and colourful backgrounds, while the second half is more mellow and emotional. Thrigun impresses with his acting, dancing, and action skills, while Megha Akash delivers a cute and charming performance. Madhoo Shah's portrayal of Arjun's mother is noteworthy and adds entertainment value to the movie. The film's screenplay could have been more engaging, but the humour generated by Viva Harsha and the performances of the supporting cast make it a decent watch. Overall, Premadesam is a nostalgic trip to the '90s and '00s but falls short of the cult favourite Prema Desam of 1996.
