Upon its release the trailer of Sadak 2 became the most disliked trailer of all time on YouTube with 7M dislikes in less than 24 hrs
Sadak 2 entered in 100 worst movies of all time on IMDB. It happened in just 48 hours after it's digital release on Disney+ Hotstar.
In addition to the public outrage, the film received extremely negative reviews from critics, with some calling it one of the worst films of the year. Due to the lackluster of the film, it was also declared a flop at the box office.
