The sets for this short were entirely built by the director in a small room in his apartment. It was mostly composed out of foam core, cardboard, found-objects and things pulled out of the trash.
The rocket was an $8 V2 rocket model kit. Other props were built with found objects. The monster was sculpted out of modeling clay around a ball of tinfoil.
A prize winning entry in the 1-minute Roger Corman style Sci-Fi/Horror trailer contest at the 2013 Sci-Fi Spectacular held at the Portage Theater, Chicago, IL.
