The 250-man gang bang was halted early due to concerns over the rough treatment Annabel Chong was receiving.
There was actually a romance between director Gough Lewis and main subject Annabel Chong that lasted throughout the production of this documentary. In subsequent interviews, Chong decried Lewis' complete omission of their relationship from the documentary, while it has been claimed that the scene featuring Chong slicing her arm with a straight razor was actually filmed right after Lewis told Chong he wanted to break off their relationship.
Director Gough Lewis never made another film after this. But he did found the successful Meaford International Film Festival, which still operates to this day.

But because we have this camera here, "We're gonna make a movie now. You're gonna suck my dick and I'm gonna give you $50. We're gonna make a porno," and that's legal."
"Annabel Chong: [on the possibility of getting AIDS] I believe the sex is good enough to die for."
