In producing stories that combine science fiction, fantasy, and other genres, Rahul Sankrityan appears to have established a distinct niche for himself. In contrast to Taxiwaala, his first film, Shyam Singha Roy, with a script by Janga Satyadev, portrays the narrative of a man who is plagued by his past. Even if what is revealed may not be very innovative, the manner it happens generally keeps you interested. Vasu's story takes up much of the first half of the movie, while Shyam Singha Roy only briefly appears. Even if she ultimately takes a secondary place, Krithi Shetty gets a compelling character. Rahul only permits the aesthetically stunning yet harsh world of Shyam Singha Roy to come to life until you have been sufficiently committed in his story to know the ending. Here, the work of the production designer Avinash Kolla and the director of photography Sanu John Varghese clearly shines. The outfit design and the fact that the majority of the characters speak Bengali truly assist to transport you to West Bengal. But Rahul nearly allows this section to unfold like an art film, allowing Sai Pallavi a chance to soar and Nani a chance to carry a weighty role. Both their love story and Mickey J Meyer's music are delightful. Although the plot of Shyam Singha Roy's film may not be entirely original, the staging has the capacity to absolutely wow you. Give this one a go this weekend if you're craving something well-made and supported by an impressive cast, excepting the lacklustre elements.
