At around forty-nine minutes, Press' line "bangin' cocktail waitresses two at a time" was borrowed from The Godfather (1972) from the scene in which Moe Green explains to Michael Corleone his public mistreatment of brother Fredo.
Patrick Ross has two types of alien forms: Bipedal and quadrupedal. The bipedal form is for mating and its appearance is the male version of Eve's alien form. While the quadrupedal form (so-called 'Fighting Patrick') is for combat and is bigger, brutish, and more massive.
Though showing Eve in a black leather outfit on some of the posters and DVD covers, she never actually wears it in the film.
