First Spy Kids installment to feature Carmen and Juni Cortez since Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World (2011), as well as the first to feature them in lead roles since Spy Kids 3: Game Over (2003), although Alexa PenaVega and Daryl Sabara doesn't play their respective roles in this series due to Juni and Carmen are still children in this series and instead Ashley Bornancin and Carter Hasting voiced Carmen and Juni respectively, making this series the first Spy Kids installment to NOT feature Alexa PenaVega and Daryl Sabara.
As of 2024, although their original actors Daryl Sabara and Alexa PenaVega aren't voicing them in this series, this is the last Spy Kids installment to feature Juni and Carmen Cortez in lead roles.
