TRIVIA

Trivia

This short film was created as an introduction to the "Kilroy Was Here" concert show, which was presented as a cross between a theatrical production and a rock concert, including costumes, scripted dialogue, and a loose narrative. The film is included at the beginning of the home-video version of the concert, "Caught In The Act".

Three of the music videos from the album - "Mr Roboto", "Don't Let It End", and "Heavy Metal Poisoning" - were filmed at the same time as this film, using the same costumes and sets, and incorporate clips from the film. The fourth video from the album, "Haven't We Been Here Before", was filmed later, and does not have any visual connections to the others (even though the song is part of the album's loose narrative).

A brief clip at the beginning of the film shows Kilroy's band performing. This is actually a clip of Styx performing "Borrowed Time", from the 'Cornerstone' album.
