An n anthology feature edited together from three previous Paula Peril short films, including Paula Peril: Midnight Whistle (2011). It features 30 minutes of an all-new story filmed for this release.
Each story is tied together with transition art drawn for the film's release by Bernardo Moreno, a popular artist of the Paula Peril comic book series. Artwork by other Paula Peril artists also appears in the opening credits.
Valerie Perez has appeared as Paula Peril in six "Paula Peril" films, including the seven-minute short Paula Peril: Trapped in the Flames (2007), produced just one year after the comic book was launched.
