Released on video in 1999 as part 21 of "The Complete Adventures of Indiana Jones", minus the bookends starring George Hall as Old Indy.
Originally scheduled to be released on VHS in 2000, but put on hold owing to poor sales on the first batch of 'Adventures of Young Indiana Jones' tapes. This chapter was finally released on disc 8 of The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones Volume Three, April 29, 2008.
Selections of Joel McNeely's score for this episode can be heard on the Varese Sarabande CD "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles Volume Three" (1994), produced by Robert Townson.
Linda Ronstadt provided the singing voice for Peggy (Jennifer Stevens).
The scenes of old Indy narrating the story are removed completely from the version of the series shown on the Amazon Prime streaming service.
"New York Cabbie: Men are scum. Dr. Henry 'Indiana' Jones, Jr.: All of them? New York Cabbie: All of 'em! Dr. Henry 'Indiana' Jones, Jr.: Perhaps you're looking for perfection. New York Cabbie: Perfection? Mister, I gave up on that a long time ago."
"Indiana Jones: Who are all these people? Kate: Writers, actors, painters, composers, anarchists, socialists. The usual village crowd. Do you know any of them? Indiana Jones: Me? No, no, I just snuck in for some free food. Whose party is this, anyway? Kate: Mine."
