IMDbBex's estate agents is called Hunter Ashton & Clarke. Which is a nod to both the writer and the director of the 1989 original movie.
The council estate flats used were part of the abandoned South East London Ferrier Estate in Kidbrooke, SE3. The pub used was originally called The Wat Tyler which was opposite Kidbrooke train station. The estate was closed/abandoned in the mid 2000's, then demolished to be replaced by Kidbrooke Village, modern penthouse style flats.
This film is released exclusively to Britain, and its only American release is on Twilight Time Blu Ray. It has no MPAA rating whatsoever.
"Bex: [Terry bumps into Bex on the dance floor] Whoa. Sorry mate. Terry: It's alright mate. Teach you to dance like a fucking melt though, won't it? Bex: Slow down. I'm just cutting a rug with me wife. Terry: [Terry looks at Bex' wife] What, that? Bex: No, you don't wanna make one with me mate. I'll fucking leave you behind."
