TRIVIA

Trivia

Viewers have criticized the more aggressive, psychopath direction of Carla Diaz's portrayal of Suzane von Richthofen. Suzane is known for displaying a rather innocent, docile demeanor in public appearances.

Crime journalist Ullisses Campbell criticized the producers' choice of crafting the story out of procedural records. "Those are [usually] just stories told by lawyers to defend the accused, defense thesis made out to victimize the criminals and decrease their penalty". He also points out that the three murderers pleaded guilty - nullifying any different accounts on the crime.

Differently from The Girl Who Killed Her Parents (2021) and The Boy Who Killed My Parents (2021), this version now depicts the crime and aftermath from the investigators' point of view.
