The magic scenes between the sisters were directed by JimmyO playing Bongos for the actress Debbie Rochon and April Monique Burril to keep tempo with. It worked great and will be on as a DVD extra.
Both actress Debbie Rochon, and director Jimmyo Burril scheduled major surgery's around the production of The Good Sisters. They set the dates so they would heal about the same time, and then start shooting the film.
Most of the interior of Breanne & Kindra's apartment is actually the home of actress April Monique Burril and director Jimmyo Burril.
April Burril said the idea for the movie got started all because of a picture taken of her and her friend Debbie Rochon by Burril's husband director Jimmy O at a horror convention. Jimmy looked at it later and said they look just like sisters. At that point they started kicking around ideas and developing a script based on that.
