Created by David E. Kelley, "The Lincoln Lawyer" is an American legal drama streaming television series. It will consist of two seasons, the first season will be released on 6 July, 2023 while the second one will be released in August, 2023. The show's story is about an iconoclastic idealist, Mickey Haller who runs his law practice out of the back of his Lincoln Town Car and works on various small and big cases across LA. The plot lines are quite interesting and well conceived. There are so many twists and turns in the show which would for sure grab the attention of the audience and couldn't stop watching it. The cast of the show includes Manuel Garcia- Rulfo, Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Christopher Gorham and others. All of them did a wonderful job at their respective roles but Manuel Garcia- Rulfo was something else, the way he performed the role of lawyer was exceptionally brilliant. His dialogue delivery was too good and on point.

Originally set up with CBS for a series commitment in 2020 it was cancelled right before filming of the first episode due to COVID. This has now been picked up by Netflix for a 10 episode first season based on the second Mickey Haller book "The Brass Verdict".
The Lincoln Lawyer series takes place in the same universe as Connelly's other series about LAPD Det. Harry Bosch (featured in 'Bosch' on Amazon and 'Bosch Legacy' on Freevee). Mickey Haller and Bosch are half-brothers and the characters intersect in a few books.
Despite the same name as the eponymous novel, the series is based on author Michael Connelly's second Mickey Haller novel, "The Brass Verdict" (2008), not to be mistaken with the 2011 movie of the same name that starred Matthew McConaughey and was adapted from a different novel by the same author.
In the post-credits of the series the production company "Hieronymus Pictures" is the final credit with the face of an owl logo. This is the same company that produced writer Michael Connelly's Bosch (2014) series (note that Hieronymus is Bosch's real first name).
The Los Angeles area map in the opening credits dates from somewhere between 1960 and 1962. It shows a portion of the San Diego Freeway under construction. Construction began in 1960 and was completed at the end of 1962. Originally signed as Route 7 (as shown on the map) it is now Interstate 405.
