This movie was released in 2003, but filmed in 1999. In an interview with Regis in January 2001, Stockard Channing mentioned she watched the pilot episode of The West Wing (1999) while filming in Canada. She said she was playing a lunatic in 1916 in soms insane asylum outside of Toronto. She had five days off and got a call asking if she wanted to play a part on The West Wing (1999). In the interview, she also mentioned that this movie was never released.
