When Charles Winthrop III (Dalton O'Dell) arrives at camp, his limousine glides up to the camera with a tight, full-screen shot of the double-M hood ornament. This is the logo for a relatively obscure and very expensive car, originally (1909) known as a Maybach Motorenbau, a brand bought by Daimler-Benz, and, in the last few years before its 2012 demise, known as a Mercedes-Maybach.
The Mercedes-Maybach automobile has been redesigned for its 2018 models. According to at least one Automotive Digest, the Mercedes Maybach is described as being a luxurious half-car/half-SUV vehicle.
