'The Web' won best short at The East LA International Film Festival

The Director, Nathan Fielder, graduated from one of Canada's top business schools with really good grades.

The film's star, writer, and director, Nathan Fielder, later admitted after the film's premiere at the East Los Angeles International Film Festival that his on-screen kiss with his co-star, Jessee Foudray, that he may not have been in character and that he felt like there might have been "some of (him)" in the kiss. Foudray responded that the kiss was "not a big deal," however she added that she wouldn't have just "grabbed (Fielder) in the street and just kiss (him) out of nowhere," as a polite gesture of turning down Fielder's potentially romantic advances.
