This was Forrest Tucker's final theatrical film.
The film is dedicated to the memory of Clifford Wenger, Jr. who was the son of co-writers Clifford Wenger, Sr. and Carol Lynn.
There are two different cuts of the movie. The European version runs approximately four minutes longer and has additional scenes at the beginning, as well as alternate opening credits. The US VHS release is several minutes shorter having more heavily edited and omitted scenes near the beginning, however it has an extended ending that was not present on the European release.
