Following the conclusion of the 'Jack Ryan' series, this film finds a retired Jack Ryan pulled back into his old life to combat a dangerous rogue group of black-ops agents called 'Starling'. These agents, trained for terror and destruction, have gone rogue, forcing Ryan to team up with MI6 operative Emma Marlowe. The mission takes them across the globe, primarily focusing on New York City, London, and Dubai, in a high-stakes game of cat and mouse.
