Trivia

The first non-Larry-Boy episode to have a song at the end.

The back covers on the DVD and the paper have slight differences. On the DVD cover, it shows the Silly Song. But on the paper sleeve, it's Deck the Halls.

In the last VeggieTales film from the original video series, Rob Paulsen voices Finnegan J. Beet. VeggieTales would later use him again to voice Ichabeezer, Bacon Bill, Motato, and a slew of other male characters in VeggieTales in the House that Mike Nawrocki and Phil Vischer did not already voice before.

The title is based on "Beauty and the Beast", as well as The Go-Gos' 1981 album "Beauty & the Beat".
