TRIVIA

Trivia

When asked to explain the titles of the film and his similarly-named album "Jazz from Hell" (1986), Frank Zappa explained that the titles were a political reference to the hellish political landscape of 1980s United States, during the term of President Ronald Reagan (term 1981-1989). "Things in America can be from hell. Right now we have a president from hell [Reagan], and a National Security Council from hell, so we should add Jazz from Hell also."
