"Rob: [big voice] Welcome to Virtual Encounters! Amy: Oh, my God, you scared me! Rob: Please accept my apologies. I am here to serve you. My name is Rob. Amy: Rob? [scoffs] Rob: Believe me, it was not my choice. Please state your name. Amy: Amy Berry. [as if she's in an escalator, pushes button, there is a zapping sound] Amy: Hey! What was that? Rob: A preliminary bio-genetic scan. Perfectly harmless. Please, step forward. Amy: [scoffs] Step forward? Where? [like in elevator, doors slide open] Amy: I don't know about this. Rob: Your friend Michael said you would be apprehensive. Amy: I'd like to think 'cautious' is a better word. [scoffs] Rob: You have nothing to fear. You are about to experience the greatest thrill of your adult life! Amy: Happy birthday, Amy! [moves forward gingerly]"
"Rob: [dulcet tone] Virtual Encounters is a full sensory interactive experience. You may just watch. Or participate. The choice is yours. [she nods] Rob: Place the virtual visor securely over your head. Amy: [as she puts on the helmet-like device] God! I feel like some extra in a low-budget sci-fi movie. [laughter in her voice] Rob: If I did not know better, I'd think that was an insult."
