Woman of the Dead is the disturbing story of a woman on the ultimate quest to find out her husband's killer who ends up revealing the secret truths about her close-knit society. Woman of the Dead is interesting with a classic plot but a rather unique backstory. The story is meant to be tense and disturbing, which is exactly how the director and actors manage to weave it together as. They justify it well on screen. It has quite the out-of-the-box concept, which we will not reveal further as to not spoil, but do expect the unexpected when going in for a viewing. The lead protagonist in the tale is spectacularly written, with personality and backstory that make her as unique as they come. Season 1 of the show on Netflix has been well appreciated across the board and just should itself getting renewed soon.
The perpetrators' group chat is occasionally shown onscreen with anonymous alphanumeric usernames. Each username is a six-digit RGB hexadecimal code that corresponds to the color of the text displayed for that user.
