Two of the songs performed in the film were written by Luke Treadaway and Natalia Tena who play Adam and Morello, respectively.
The film was shown to Thursday night campers at the festival the following year, 2011 as campers are shown films to occupy their time on Thursday as there is no live music performed until the Friday of the festival. Director David Mackenzie told BBC News: "After shooting the film entirely at last year's T in the Park, it was only natural that we brought it back to where it was born, one year on."
Main Stage acts at the 2010 T in the Park festival included Muse, Faithless, Editors, Paloma Faith, The Big Pink, Eminem, Stereophonics, Paolo Nutini, Vampire Weekend, The Proclaimers, Newton Faulkner, Scouting for Girls, Chipmunk, Kasabian Jay-Z, Biffy Clyro, Dizzee Rascal, The View, Skunk Anansie and The Stranglers.
As the movie was filmed on site at T in the Park the cast and crew were constantly reacting to their surroundings and incorporating them into the performances.
Filmed over 5 days at the 2010 T in the Park Festival in Kinross, Scotland.
