This machine was delivered to me within 2 days of placing the order. Configuration is superb at the given price. It is a made in Germany product and a very good choice for home use. Since it comes without OS hence you need to have bootable OS disc. Two DVDs (one for Win 7 and other for Win 8) having device drivers and utilities come along with it. Installation of drivers and applications is quite easy as on loading the DVD an application starts which scans the system and automatically installs all required drivers and applications. This machine also comes with 60 days subscription of McAfee antivirus
When you have product of such high quality there is no need for a service back up. I have been using it for about 2 years and is still as fast as new. I never had a single crash in the past 2 years of extensive use. And possibility of a problem in the hardware cannot even exist in the imagination.
