Jio provides several convenient ways to check past calls. Check Jio call history using MyJio app
Since the MyJio app is a one-stop hub for purchasing recharge and data plans, shopping, and even contacting customer care, it also lets you check the list of incoming or outgoing calls on your mobile number.
Step 1: Open the MyJio app on your Android phone or iPhone. If you haven’t installed the app, you can download it from the Play Store or App Store.
Step 2: Open the app and log in with your Jio mobile number for which you wish to check your call history.
Step 3: If already signed in, select the ‘Mobile‘ option on the main page.
Step 4: On the next screen, scroll down and tap ‘My statement‘.
Step 5: Select the period for which you wish to view call history. For this guide, we’ve selected ’30 days’. You can also select the method of viewing the call history, which includes e-mail, downloading a file, or viewing it directly in the app.
To instantly view call history, select the ‘View statement‘ option and hit the button below.
Step 6: Now, scroll the top bar towards the right and choose ‘Usage Charges‘.
Step 7: Select ‘Voice‘ and then press ‘Click Here‘ to display the call history.
Step 8: A full call history list will appear for the period which you selected earlier. Just tap on the bottom arrow icon to reveal the incoming or outgoing mobile numbers
The list will display the exact date and time of specific calls along with the mobile number the call was made to or received.
Check Jio call history using the Jio website
Before proceeding with this method, make sure your Jio number is active as it will be required to receive an OTP.
Step 1: Visit the Jio website’s login page on a laptop or PC.
Step 2: Now, enter your Jio mobile number in the given field and hit ‘Generate OTP‘.
Step 3: Type the OTP received on your mobile number and press ‘Submit‘.
Step 4: Once you’re in your Jio account, scroll down and select ‘Statement‘.
Step 5: Select the period of the call history you’re willing to check. You can choose from 7, 15, or 30 days, or even select custom dates. We’ll be selecting ‘30 days‘ for this guide. Now choose the ‘View statement‘ option and press the button below.
Step 6: From the top bar, select ‘Usage Charges‘ and then press ‘Click Here‘.

Check Jio call history using JioCare Support on WhatsApp
Step 1: Send a ‘Hi‘ message to +91 7000770007 on WhatsApp.
Step 2: The JioCare WhatsApp support chat will open. From the first menu, select
