HCL Me Icon TB000007 Laptop (Pentium 3rd Gen/2 GB/500 GB/DOS)

Firstly i want to tell you that i got laptop with some scratches on it and also the charger was not fitting in the charging pin,I think the charger i recieved with laptop was not of this model,It was not fitting in charging port of laptop.I was installing software and Drivers,i got warning battery low and laptop shuts down.I opened its charger and tried to charge but the charger was not fitting its charging slot.Worst laptop HCL,Processor is 2020M but performance is not up to the mark,It heats up and hangs all the time,It is Indian Brand.But i thought that HCL have improved their technology,I was wrong.This Indian Brand needs to improve a lot.Its processing and heating up tells me the story of old Pentium 4 processors.Product quality is also worse.I got it delivered on 23 dec 2014 and Same day i lodged complaint for its issues and wrong charger,after 4 days i got email for its Reverse pickup by Ntish Mohite, Nuvoex courier by 28 Dec.But nobody came within 3 days,then i called the nuvoex pickup person on 3rd day,telling him to please pickup the parcel and he told that i am on holiday today,Tomarrow morning i will come,i again called him in morning to come and after several phonecalls he came 4pm and picked-up the product.Thank God Huh! Snapdeal is saying return within seven days but taking 7 days in processing of reverse pickup and if by chance anybody come after 9 days till that time return time exceeds and showing Not Returnable.
