Display and Design

The HP Elitebook 820 G1 (G2F73PA) carries an amazing 12.5-inch HD LED backlit display which provides rich and razor sharp visual experience with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. The Anti Glare matte coating on the top of the screen makes it good for working continuously for long hours without straining your eyes.

The main intriguing part in the device is its ultra light body which has a weight of just 1.3kg. A thickness of merely 21mm makes it the perfect mobile computer to carry around. The lid carries a soft black color which is fingerprint and scratch repellent. The inside is coated with a glossy silver finish though.

Processor and OS

Under the hood, it is equipped with an advanced 4th generation Intel Core i5 processor sprinting at 2.1GHz and sitting on HM86 Express chipset. It is supported by a nominal 4GB DDR3 RAM which is slightly disappointing considering its price. You can of course expand it to 16GB for better performance.
