If you need a tablet that can also be used as a phone, the Hi-Tech Amaze Tab-3 is worth considering. It also supports high speed 3G web connectivity. However, it features an outdated Android OS and poor RAM which is okay considering its price.
Pocket-friendly voice calling tablet
The Hi-Tech Amaze Tab-3 features a 7-inch LCD multi touch display with a resolution of 600 x 1,024 pixels leading and a pixel density of 170ppi. It ships with dated Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. Doing the duty on the inside is a 1.2GHz dual-core processor paired with a mere 512MB RAM.

In the camera department, the Hi-Tech Amaze Tab-3 sports a 2MP digital snapper at the rear end and a VGA shooter on the front. It has 4GB of inbuilt storage capacity which can be further expanded up to 32GB.

The main highlight of the Hi-Tech Amaze Tab-3 is the presence of dual SIM slots which can be used for making calls. It supports 3G networks as well. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0 and USB port. It is fuelled by a 2,800mAh Li-Po battery promising up to 3 hours of talktime and up to 200 hours of standby time in 2G networks.
