The HP Stream 13-c020na (L2U12EA) is designed specifically for web based applications as is evident from its mediocre configuration. The touchscreen is a big bonus in this price range and along with Windows 8.1 OS, makes things fun. It sports 32GB SSD memory which may not be sufficient but then, it wasn't made for storing movies and other stuff.
