This is by far the worst PC I have ever used. Slow beyond description, it takes as much as 15 seconds to open a new window in Chrome, 15 mins to boot and 4 seconds for the mouse to respond. No self respecting online portal will allow this machine to be sold on their platform and shame on HP that they actually have the gall to sell junk like this to consumers. I would rate it a zero if I had that option.
Just got 2 GB ram upgarded from HP service center and it work good Now , which was little slow with 2Gb Ram. Now it work fine and solve the purpose, no need to buy a very expensive computer if you don't want to do gaming and graphice work.nnBought it from a hp store. sales person demonstarted various laptops at the store, finally I bought this necause I didn't wanted to spend much on a PC.
