The HP 15-ay552tu (1DE68PA) is simply one of the best at this budget. The laptop has ample amount of RAM, ideal for heavy multitasking performance and heavy app performance. Although, the laptop misses out pre-installed Windows OS, but all options together such as power pack performance, sound battery backup, good storage capacity etc. makes it worth buying, you can go for it.
