Overall: bought it from a local dealer for 47k as it was just launched at the time so was not available on flipkart and the lappy is just awesome, build quality, design finishing and above all, Beats audio is just too much to let u go for any other laptop.nto...

HP Pavilion 15-p001tx review - Considering the HP pavilion 15-p001tx price, it's an an awesome package within a decent budget. Packed in a slender outfit, this laptop has the configuration to handle anything, ranging from powerful business tasks to high end gaming. The entertainment options are boosted by the Beats Audio speakers.
Powerful all round performer
Display and design
 
The HP Pavilion 15-p001tx laptop is equipped with a HD BrightView WLED backlit display which is designed to provide brighter light and higher contrast ratios without consuming much power and at the same time being light. The 15.6-inch panel has a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels.
 
It is embodied in an extremely slim (23.9mm thick) package that gives you the freedom to carry it easily. It carries a textured full size island style keyboard and gesture supported touchpad.
 
CPU and platform
 
Inside, the hp pavilion 15-p001tx carries an updated fourth generation Intel Core i5 processor clocked at 1.7GHz paired with HM76 Express chipset. To support the CPU, there is a 4GB DDR3 RAM whose capacity can be increased up to 8GB via the 2 unused DIMM slots. The presence of an external 2GB NVIDIA GeForce 830M graphics card makes sure that your eyes stay engrossed to the display while watching videos and playing games. It runs the newly launched Windows 8.1 OS of 64 bit architecture, which is a bonus considering hp pavilion 15-p001tx's affordable price in India.
