HP Pavilion 15-r022TX (J6M27PA) Laptop (Core i5 4th Gen/8 GB/1 TB/DOS/2 GB)

I had ordered this lappy with a very high enthusiasm looking at it very eye catching configuration. Received within a day, good service by Flipkart. But after that, it was like hell. I was shocked to see that Lappy doesn't have the 2GB NVIDIA Graphic Card as mentioned in Flipkart configuration and on the lappy box, raised a call, received the replacement but again lappy without Graphic card. Its been 15 days since then, lappy is kept at one place like a piece of junk. I can say it not flipkart's mistake that the lappy doesn't have Graphic Card as mentioned as they packing of the lappy is done by the HP. HP is placing the faulty product in the market. I have seen 3 laptops of the same model with the same Graphic Card defect shipped by Flipkart after my purchase. Interestingly i have not seen any such review before buying this laptop, may be it was removed by Flipkart or didn't allowed to post. Highly unrecommended product.

I Ordered this lap at 24th July. I received 26th. Note : Basically reviews will helps to know about the product. But most of the peoples reviewing the quality of service (flipkart). Obviously, It'll be varry based on the location and parcel vendor. ok lets see the quality of this product. Pros: ----- 1) Intel i5 (4th gen) - its great behaviour with multi tasking. 2) Awesome config with good price. 3) 8GB RAM, 1.7 GHz - Quick Booting time. 4) 2GB Dedicated graphics memory - Good experience on high def games. 5) 15 Inch - Nice Sceen Display Quality. 6) 1TB HDD - Read / Write processing time is less. 7) Dos - Can save Rs.3000. 8) System Heat - Pretty cool. 9) Light weight. Avg: --- 1) Laptop looks fine ( Not Great ). Plastic body. 2) Speaker sound not bad.( Met expectation ) 3) Battery - 4Hrs backup. ( Depends on your tasks ) 4) Charger cable length - Medium. Cons: ------ 1) Keyboard - worst keyboard making sound while typing and feeling to think is it cheap quality product. 2) No Driver CD. 3) HP Laptop drivers download support - worst. it fails some major driver installations from this model drivers download page on hp site. (displat/wifi/graphics/other pci) 4) Shortcut keys not working sometime. So i can't find the reason. ( May be my lap only ) 5) Touchpad really worst. sometime getting hang and improper behaviour. Conclusion ----------- Can go with product. Apart from some cons its gud one to buy. So that i gave 4 start review. Anyway u need to spend some days ( May be one week ) to setup this laptop. Flipkart - Great shopping site (India). WS Retail - Good support and genuine products. HP - Based on money, u can see the quality of the product. note : Sorry for late review.
