I had terrible experience through this site.First they sent me dead laptop and when I got replacement that also kept crashing after every few minutes. I was talking to customer care to resolve the issue and followed their suggestions but it didnt work and one day they told me that they cant help me because it out of policy. Its not my fault if they could not resolve the issue on time but customer care executive was rude and convinced me not to buy anything from this site.I had also ordered Samsung Galaxy A7 and they delivered Samsung Note 4 which is actually more expensive product but being a honest customer I returned it but Flipcart didnt value thatnlessons learnt.. Flipcart is actually Flopcart for electronic goods
i came to flipkart(and got the same spec. laptop) bcaz amazon lost my parcel(laptop) during transportation.nThis buss lappy is good(but the picture here is not belongs to Hp 240 g3- LOVO7PA model, actual one is gud than this pic :) ).nlaptop processing smoother and bit sensitive. battery backup coming around 4 to 5 hrs. nice build quality & feel light weight(previously i had 15.6" screen laptop). nthanks to CYCLONE seller to gave me a good product,i noticed that even couldnt able to find a finger prints in the laptop & thanks to flipkart for made the delivery 3DAYS before itself.nnconclusion: im fully satisfied with the 1) laptop. 2)seller- CYCLONE and 3) flipkart nn- Infy employee,nBangalore
