Pros: (i) Firstly the delivery was done on time with very safe and strong packing. Thanks to flipkart for that. (ii) The configuration is very good and reasonable. It has come with Free-DOS but excellently working when Windows7 is ported. Its been 15 days since I bought it and started using... Cons: (i) HP has always this complaint of getting over-heated. Even this model is not different.
while buying the product, i was seen there is a cash back offer for my laptop and after one one month the customer care executive is telling that, your order is not valid for cashback. very very badddd....
