This is probably one of the cheapest laptops that is hp branded you can buy excluding the netbooks and compaqs that are priced below this piece. I was on the lookout for a really VFM laptop not 15.6 inch but 14 inch with the bare essentials to run Windows 7 Home Premium. And I bumped into this laptop on flipkart and it was the last piece waiting to be grabbed at the earliest. The delivery took 3-4 days but I was very satisfied with the packaging and tracking of the delivery. The laptop itself is nothing great in terms of looks or performance. Just the bare essentials and a good bang for the buck. I got what I wanted as I do not do even videos on the laptop. I would like hp to release more laptops in this VFM range. One star less for its touchpad which is very difficult getting used to and is still rough. Sometimes if you move even a little close to the right side of the touchpad it will start scrolling.
