It was good for the first six months, afterwords, thermal shutdowns started happening. means it automatically shutdown after working for half hour due to heating issue. called hp care several times, they only clean up the fan, temporary solution only. when the warranty finished, hp care asked for Rs. 40000/- to change the fan. useless. contacted other friends - they say should have thought before purchasing hp laptop, some of them have already faced such issues.
This product has a major disadvantage - the grey coating on the back of the screen(top when closed) and on the touch pad will easily be removed. Its seems like some cheap paint they have used for it. Im using this laptop for last 9 months (hp430 - but same build).. now it has become very bad to see.
