This laptop definitely needs the extra touch. The entire body paint just rubs off and shows the incompetency of HP in providing good built laptops. I am being provided 1 by my employer and the paint just rubs off. Be it the back cover, touchpad, keyboard surroundings, the paint just chips off. Performance is sluggish. Hence not recommended with heavy applications. Adding image of my work laptop in case any one might think this is a fake review.
