HP Pavilion G6-1319AU Laptop (AMD Dual Core A4/2 GB/320 GB/Windows 7/512 MB)

I was promised delivery on Aug 3, 2012 but got it by July 28 itself. I opened the package and smelled the new laptop smell, which was nice. I quickly opened the cover and switched it on. It took some time (about a minute) to set itself up and I logged in. The experience is quite smooth and never faced any lag, except the very first time I opened the Explorer, which took around 6 seconds. It happened only that one time and now Explorer opens in 1 second. I am surprised by its snappiness - the dual-core CPU running at 1.9GHz is good, mind you. I have an Omnia Windows Phone - so I installed Zune (Zune for Windows Phone is like iTunes for iPhone). The laptop packs so much in itself for the relatively small price of Rs 26000 that my cousins - who are not very familiar with these things - say... "oh no, you bought a laptop for just Rs 26000 so it must be very poor right?" Poor people, they are used to expensive laptops with Intel CPUs costing at least Rs 30000. They have no idea the money they could save if they go for an laptop based on AMD APU. Only thing - ensure that the CPU/APU in your laptop is atleast an A4. Mine is A4-3305M. Oh almost forgot, battery life...I haven't particularly tested or measured it but we get... --> around 4 hours exploring files, watching a movie and using Zune to transfer files between my Windows Phone and the laptop --> around 6 hours for very very light use

this is one of the best laptop at this price . i bought and almost ork fine . theonly concern battery backup when u r using graphics for playing game. graphics is good just add 2gb more ram and u will love this more
