the customer care will only ask you too many questions but never help you. i bought 2 laptops of hp but got no service from hp tollfree nos. plz do not buy hp rather go for dell. thanks to flipkart where i got platform to share my pain.
I am here to save you,I have one HP g6 Laptop in off state by one month,Customer care really got salary because of me for replying my Chat,Calls,Mails but no solution provided, I regret the moment i Buyed HP laptop, without searched about its Customer service in Internet.
