The winners of the Best Tablet of 2023 in the Mainstream and Premium categories for the Indian Gadget Awards were based on the votes from over 35+ jury members. IGA 2023 had a total of 35+ categories and over 200+ nominations and now let’s take a look at the winners for the Best Tablet of 2023 award.

Winner: OnePlus Pad Go

The OnePlus Pad Go won the Best Tablet (Mainstream) award at IGA 2023 as it offers great value for money at this price point. The device works well as an infotainment device, providing steady performance backed by an impressive battery life.

Winner: Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra secured the title for this year’s Best Tablet of 2023 (premium). The device is the pinnacle of what Android tablets have to offer in 2023 with its robust hardware and software. A custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC empowers the device, making the Tab S9 Ultra a powerful and versatile device that can handle all your multitasking and creative needs.

The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra arrives in a thin metallic body with a minimalist yet appealing design, coupled with IP68 water resistance. It features a 14.6-inch 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2,960×1,848 pixels and HDR10+ support. It is powered by a custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and is fueled by an 11,200mAh battery. The Acer One 8 T9-422L features an 8.7-inch display with a resolution of 1,340×800 pixels and operates on 3GB RAM paired with 32GB storage. It excels in infotainment purposes and proves handy in terms of connectivity, thanks to its 4G LTE support.

Nokia T21

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ packs a 12.4-inch 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2960×1848 pixels. The tablet is a powerful device, thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. A 10,020mAh battery fuels the device and it equips an additional 8MP ultrawide rear camera sensor, compared to the Tab S9. 

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9

The Galaxy Tab S9 stands out as the most compact in the S9 series of tablets, sharing all other specifications with the Tab S9 Ultra and Tab S9 Plus. However, it features a slightly smaller 11-inch display, an 8,400mAh battery, and a 13MP rear camera along with a 12MP ultrawide selfie camera. 

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE

The Tab S9 Fan Edition is equipped with a 10.9-inch display featuring a resolution of 2,304×1,440 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. In contrast to the Tab S9 series, the Tab S9 FE is powered by an Exynos 1380 chipset.

OnePlus Pad

The OnePlus Pad was the brand’s first offering in the tablet segment. The device flaunts a sleek design and features a display with a resolution of 2,800×2,000 pixels and a high refresh rate of 144Hz, ensuring a smooth viewing experience.

Xiaomi Pad 6

The Xiaomi Pad 6 stands out with its clean design, featuring a sleek matte metal finish on the rear panel. The device offers an immersive visual experience with an 11-inch display with a resolution of 2,880×1,800 pixels and a seamless refresh rate of 144Hz. 

Lenovo Tab P12 

Lenovo’s Tab P12 showcases a premium appearance with its dual-tone metal finish. It features a 12.7-inch display with a resolution of 2,944×1,840 pixels and HDR10 support. The tablet, however, only offers a refresh rate of 60Hz. 

Lenovo Tab M10 5G

The Tab M10 5G comes with a 10.61-inch display featuring a resolution of 2,000×1,200 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Its standout feature lies in the 5G connectivity, enabling it to harness blazing-fast network speeds for seamless connectivity.
