iQOO hikes prices of iQOO 15, 15R, and Neo 10 by up to Rs 10,000 in India
Like every other Android smartphone brand, iQOO has hiked prices of its high-end and premium smartphones in India today, particularly the iQOO 15, iQOO 15R, and Neo 10. While the revised prices are already live on iQOO’s online store, the sudden hike is likely due to the memory shortage crisis affecting almost every smartphone player in the market. Also, it isn’t the first time these handsets are seeing a price hike.

iQOO 15, iQOO 15R, Neo 10 revised prices
The iQOO 15 was originally launched at Rs 72,999 late last year, and it now costs Rs 85,999 after today’s price hike, a Rs 13,000 increase. Similarly, the iQOO 15R debuted at Rs 44,999 and now starts at Rs 53,999 for the base variant. The iQOO Neo 10, which is almost a year old, was launched at Rs 31,999 with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 will now retail for Rs 10,000 more than its original price.

The iQOO 15 at Rs 85,999 is on par with the OnePlus 15, which also features 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage in its base variant. For this price, both handsets offer the incredibly powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, massive batteries of 7,000 mAh or more, and high-end cameras. Even though the iQOO 15’s display refresh rate is limited to 144Hz, it has an advantage up its sleeve: a 2K resolution panel, compared to the OnePlus 15’s 1.5K display with a 165Hz refresh rate.
Since performance is equally good on both, choosing between the iQOO 15 and OnePlus 15 comes down to your software preference. OxygenOS 16 on OnePlus offers sleek animations and extensive customisation options, while OriginOS 6 on iQOO offers appealing glass effects and visuals across several parts of the UI, along with a nifty ecosystem and AI features. On the other hand, if cameras are your top priority, the Vivo X300 FE or OPPO Find X9s may be better suited.
iQOO 15R
Now coming at Rs 53,999, the iQOO 15R has seemingly lost its pricing advantage, even though its base variant comes with 8GB RAM. The pricing is now closer to the Motorola Edge 70 Max at Rs 54,999 and the OnePlus 15R at Rs 59,999. However, the 12GB + 256GB variants of the iQOO 15R and OnePlus 15R retail for the same price.
Despite the price increase, the iQOO 15R carves out its own identity by featuring a compact-ish 6.5-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, making it one of the top choices for users seeking a handy, sizeable device with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. Both the Moto Edge 70 Max and OnePlus 15R feature tall displays of over 6.8-inches.
iQOO Neo 10
Just like the iQOO 15R, the iQOO Neo 10 has lost its pricing advantage over the OnePlus Nord 6, which sells for Rs 44,999, just Rs 2,000 more than the Neo 10. For a higher price, the Nord 6 features a much larger 9,000mAh battery compared to the Neo 10’s 7,000mAh cell, while the camera setups are largely similar on both, with a 50MP LYT600 primary and an 8MP ultrawide rear camera.
However, if you’re looking for a camera-centric device, the Nothing Phone (3a) at Rs 42,999 or the Motorola Edge 70 Pro at Rs 39,999 could offer better outputs and photography flexibility.
