Ahead of its August 18th launch in China, a China Telecom listing has now revealed the phone’s dimensions, camera setup, storage options and several other details that iQOO hasn’t yet officially announced.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra specifications
According to the listing (via), the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra measures 163.42 x 75.88 x 8.6 mm. It will reportedly use a metal middle frame, with the rear panel made from glass or fiberglass depending on the variant. The phone is expected to feature a 6.83-inch flat 2K Visionox F2 OLED display. iQOO has already confirmed its 9,100mAh battery, which it says is the largest yet in a Neo-series phone. The battery will support 100W wired charging, while wireless charging is not expected.
A battery this large will put the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra in the top tier of performance-focused phones, many of which now sit in the 7,000mAh range. The OnePlus Nord 6 matches it closely with its 9,000mAh cell. The trade-off will be the Neo 11 Ultra’s 225-gram weight, although an 8.6 mm body is relatively thin for a phone carrying such a large cell.
The China Telecom listing identifies the chipset as MediaTek’s MT6993M. A recent Geekbench listing suggests this could be a customised version of the Dimensity 9500, reportedly using an 11-core Mali G1-Ultra GPU rather than the standard chip’s configuration.
The camera hardware, meanwhile, appears relatively conservative. The phone is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera with OIS and an 8MP secondary camera, along with a 16MP front camera. Other reported features include a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, X-axis linear motor and IP68/IP69 ratings.
The listing mentions five configurations: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB. The phone is expected to be offered in Light White, Shadow Black and Wind Chaser finishes.
The combination of a very large battery and a high-end chipset suggests iQOO is positioning the Neo 11 Ultra closer to the extreme performance segment. That could make it attractive to buyers who prioritise gaming, sustained performance and battery life, although the relatively simple dual-camera setup may make it less compelling for photography-focused users.
Pricing will ultimately determine how it compares with other performance phones. For now, the Neo 11 Ultra is confirmed to launch in China on August 18th, with no word yet on an India or global release. While official pricing and global availability are unknown, users prioritizing extreme battery life and gaming performance should keep an eye on this device, especially if it launches at a competitive price point. However, those needing a versatile camera system might find better options elsewhere, or should wait for full reviews to assess its photographic capabilities.
